Let's be upfront here ... we are not Amazon or REI. We cannot sustain a "return for any reason" policy, but we do want to make sure you are happy to the extent we can. Our policy outlined below is an effort to allow a customer a reasonable opportunity to return a defective or unsatisfactory product while still allowing our new business to grow and provide more customer choices in the future. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns are accepted within 30days with prior approval from info@adengear.com.
If you need to return a product because it is damaged or not the product that you ordered, we will send you a postage-paid shipping label for your return.
If you need to return a product because you would like a different size, color, or other feature, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return these items. Upon approval, a shipping address will be provided for your return. Some items are non-returnable, including "final sale" items and any custom-made products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. An approved return may be accepted for exchange or refund and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned items, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
